The Peachy Keen 


.5ounces Fresh Lime Juice

.5ounces Peach Juice

1ounce Dill Simple Syrup (see below)

2ounces Long Road Vodka

Dash of Orange Bitters

Splash of Peach Perrier

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, excluding the Perrier. Shake over ice, strain and top with
Peach Perrier.

Dill Simple Syrup

Add 1 cup of sugar to 2 cups of water in
a saucepan. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.

Add a handful of fresh dill, steep for 3-4 hours.

Strain simple syrup into an airtight container.

Simple syrup will keep, up to a month, refrigerated. To intensify the dill flavor, immersion blend the simple syrup and strain through cheese cloth.
