Waxology is set to open a third location on April 16th in Grandville, Michigan. The grand

opening event will be held at the new location; 3148 44th street SW. Waxology is inviting clients and members of the community to dress up and experience the new location in a cocktail hour environment from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. The event will include complimentary refreshments, a red carpet photo booth by Glitter Booth Photo Booth, gift bags for the first 25 attendees, giveaways and special discounts.

Betsy Fahlen founded Waxology in 2012 because she was looking for a place to get waxed. She quickly realized a place that specialized in hair removal was lacking in the Grand Rapid area. She wanted to provide a space where clients felt 100% comfortable and confident coming to get such an intimate service. She knew how much confidence a fresh wax could bring and therefore started Waxology.

Waxology began in a solo suite and has expanded to three, multi-room locations in only a few

short years. Waxology is now the number one choice for hair removal needs. Waxology

provides the men and women of the greater Grand Rapids area with a high-end, clean and

comfortable environment. Waxology does over 10,000 Brazilians a year and prides itself on

specializing in waxing and sugaring for both men and women. In 2019 they expanded their

service menu to include brow laminations, lash services, and spray tanning. The Grandville

location will see new additions such as an express facial bar and lash lounge for small events.

The express facial bar concept was created with the convenience Waxology is known for. Most

people do not have enough time in their schedule to make room for an hour-long facial. The

the express facial bar allows clients to stop in on their lunch, or on their way home from work for a personally customized facial with the benefits of an hour-long treatment, completed in 30

minutes.
