PRESS RELEASE — Only a few days left for guests to enjoy John Ball Zoo in 2019. The last day for the Zoo to be open to the public for the year is Sunday, November 3.

Guests can get their last visits in to see the red pandas, along with the chimpanzees, lions, bears, tigers and all the amazing animals at John Ball Zoo.

The Zoo is closing approximately a month earlier than usual because of a construction project set to begin in November. Greeting guests in spring 2020 will be a new winding ADA compliant entry pathway, along with new restrooms, concession stand and groundwork to bring new animals into the Zoo family.

John Ball Zoo will be open from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. for the remainder of the season. Hours and additional admission details at jbzoo.org.
