The Smile Sharer
When you volunteer for LaughFest, you are instrumental in creating a fantastic festival experience for all. LaughFest has needs before, during, and after the festival. While you are volunteering, a Gilda’s LaughFest staff member or volunteer leader will work with you to provide direction, answer questions, and make sure you’re having a lot of laughs along the way!

This is your opportunity to be the law without having to mess with a badge! You’ll volunteer along the Gazelle Girl Half Marathon & 5K route to direct (and cheer) participants on the course and traffic around the course, plus assist police as needed. At least two course marshals will be placed at each location, so register with a friend!

The Science Wiz
The Grand Rapids Public Museum is looking for volunteers to help with Science Tuesdays, a brand new series of programs offering an ongoing educational experience at the museum. Training is provided!

Girls on the Run coaches serve as role models and mentors for the girls who participate in the program. On each team, 2-3 coaches deliver the GOTR curriculum twice a week for an hour and 15 minutes to groups of 8-15 girls. You don’t even have to be a runner!
Do you have basic clerical skills and a heart to meet and greet clients both in person and over the phone? Oasis of Hope Center is looking for receptionists to help out at the clinic.
