One way to maintain the balance is adding seasonal foods to the dinner menu or holding off on a traditional favorite and opting for a fresh substitute. Healthy living is visible from your skin, to your eyes, to your hair, to your overall presence. If you’re looking to shine bright this holiday season, try incorporating some of the choices below to create the balance. Each of these fresh foods have a harvest season between fall and late winter and are perfect to use in side dishes for upcoming holidays.
