Event Details

This edition of Beer Explorers pairs three different Speciation Ales with three different Field & Fire breads, made with a normal sourdough starter and starters from the yeast and bacteria of the beer you’re tasting. Learn how the same yeast and bacteria are used in beer and bread production along with witnessing the growth of bacteria in petri dishes.

Ages 21+

Tickets: $10/members. $20/non-members.

  • Class includes three beer samples, bread from Field & Fire and with admission to the 1st and 2nd floor of the museum
