The Harvest Cocktail combines unsuspecting ingredients for an outstandingly delicious result, best enjoyed during the coziest of seasons!
1-ounce cold brew coffee
1-ounce rosemary brown sugar simple syrup
2 ounces vodka
1/2 ounce lime juice
1/2 ounce orange juice
1 teaspoon pumpkin puree dash of Angostura Bitters
Shake over ice, strain and serve!
Rosemary Simple Syrup
Add two cups water to one cup of brown sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add a few sprigs of rosemary. Return to boil for one minute, remove from heat and let steep (1-4 hours) Strain and store refrigerated in an airtight container.
